Reservations: A major credit card or pre-payment by check is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkin. Confirmation sent upon completion of online booking.
Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends and on holidays.
Cancellation Policy: Seven (7)) days notice is required. Thirty (30)days for multiple night/rooms, special events/holidays). The Madison House will attempt to re-rent your room. However, if the room is not rented, you will be charged the full room rate. Any cancellation / re-rent will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Check-in. Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For late arrival, please inquire when making your reservation. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Payment. Cash or personal check, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM debit cards.
Other: Two guests per room, no smoking and no pets. Additional fee of $50 if additional guest is approved by Innkeepers.

Lost house keys will be billed $200 for replacement and rekeying.
