The Madison House Policies
Reservations: A major credit card or pre-payment by check is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card will be charged for one nights stay or 50% of total charges if a longer stay than one night. Confirmation sent upon completion of online booking.
Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends and on holidays (Months May to Dec only). Applies to months from June to December.
Cancellation Policy: Fourteen (14) days notice is required. Thirty (30) days for multiple night/rooms, special events/holidays). The Madison will attempt to re-rent your room. However, if the room is not rented, you will be charged the full room rate. Any cancellation / re-rent will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For late arrival, please inquire when making your reservation. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Payment: Cash or personal check and most major credit and debit cards.
Occupancy: Only two people to a room.
Smoking: No smoking.
Pets: No pets.
